Laternenfest on Sunday, November 5

Join us on November 5th at 6pm for our annual Saint Martin’s Day Celebration.
We’ll meet at Jackson Playground Clubhouse for a reenactment of the legend of Saint Martin.

All students will participate in this traditional Holiday performance by reciting poems, performing skits and singing holiday songs.

We will have our traditional potluck after the performances. Please bring a hearty dish to share. Stollen and coffee will be served.
Nikolaus will visit us and bring goodies for the children.

Please note our school hours:
Parent-Child-Groups / Kindergarten class: 9:30-12:00
Level 1 though Level 5: 9:30-12:30.
Adult classes:
A1 (Beginner): 11:00-12:30
A2 (Advanced): 9:30-11:00
Please consult our school calendar for important dates.

Oktoberfest Sunday 9/27

Like every year the German School of San Francisco will be performing songs at the Oktoberfest on Sunday, September 27. This year’s event will be held at Pier 48.

Children from all levels are invited to sing with us. Peter Buettner, our former president, will be leading the children with his guitar.
